The Dirty F-Word

I’m pretty sure the first word that comes to mind when you say the F-WORD… isn’t Failure, but it always has been for me.

I’ve spent over 30 years in broadcast television as an anchor, reporter, executive producer and CEO. I’m grateful to say I’m a multi-Emmy Award winning journalist. It’s been a journey filled with lots of failures. Early in my career, I was terrified of FAILURE. I thought it was avoidable and a fate equal to death, but I’ve learned it’s really the secret to success.
